The Course: Hole 16

A shorter hole and a left to right dogleg. Take a line on the church steeple in the distance. Severe rough and trees down the left and deep heather on the right. Long hitters take care not to run out of fairway. A testing shot for the approach over a long snaking bunker across the front of the green, which is only 20 yards deep. A high lofted shot is ideal. A steep fall from back to front on the lower left section of the green makes for a testing putt.
